Autosave and crash recovery
Every meaningful edit is saved locally as you type. If your phone dies or the browser reloads mid-job, Quill offers your draft back rather than losing it.
Voice and photo to invoice
Describe the job as a voice note, or photograph a handwritten job sheet, and Quill drafts the invoice from it. Correct it once and it learns the pattern.

Pick a template or design your own in the visual builder. Your logo, your colours, your scheme numbers and your bank details on every document.

Questions
Does Quill produce EICRs and electrical certificates?
No. Quill is the invoicing and estimating side. Certificates are handled by CertVault, which connects to Quill so a finished certificate can become an invoice without re-entering the job details.
Will my NICEIC number appear on invoices?
Yes. Add your NICEIC or NAPIT registration number in company settings and it prints on every invoice and estimate PDF automatically.
Can I invoice with no phone signal?
Yes. Quill works completely offline. Everything you write is stored on the device and uploaded automatically the next time you have a connection.
Does it calculate CIS correctly for electricians?
Yes. The deduction is applied to the labour element only, at your registered rate, with materials excluded — which is how CIS is supposed to work.
