Do I need to enter card details to start the trial?
No. You can sign up and use Quill for 14 days without giving any payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You will be asked to subscribe to keep creating new documents, and your existing data stays exactly where it is.
Is the yearly plan actually cheaper?
Yes. £8.99 a month comes to £107.88 over a year. The yearly plan is £89.99, so you save £17.89 — roughly two months free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the billing screen. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Does Quill take a percentage of my invoices?
No. Quill never takes a cut of what you invoice or what you get paid. If you use Stripe payment links, Stripe charges their own processing fee directly to you.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices shown are what you are charged at checkout. Your invoice from Stripe will show the VAT treatment that applies to your account.
